How does UniClothes work?

UniClothes is simple.

We professionally design customised clothing specific to your club, society or event.

Your custom design then stays on the website for current and future members to purchase.

UniClothes prints on demand when an order is placed, there is no need to stock items.

Your item is then delivered to your doorstep, the entire process takes about ten days.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Our deliveries to the UK are free.

We also deliver to a wide range of European countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine.

Delivery to European countries listed is £5.00 if you order 1-5 items. It is then £0.50 for every additional item.

We deliver to a variety of locations in the rest of the world:

Australia, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Dubai, Greece, Malta, New Zealand, South Africa, Thailand, United States of America

Delivery to these countries is a minimum charge of £10


How Long Will It Take To Get My Clothing?

Your order is typically dispatched from our warehouse in ten days.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. There are no deliveries at weekends or on public holidays.

UK orders are dispatched by Interlink Express or Royal Mail; orders outside of the UK are dispatched by UPS or Royal Mail. If your order is dispatched by Interlink Express, they will notify you directly of a 1 hour window when your order will be delivered.

If you’re not in to receive the goods, the driver will try again the next day. Normally two attempts will be made to deliver the goods. The driver will leave a message quoting a telephone number. Please ring this number to arrange a new delivery date.

If they are unable to contact you at all, the entire delivery will be returned to our warehouse. In this case you will need to pay for the goods to be redelivered again.


What Happens If My Order Is Lost In Transit?

If your order is taking longer than expected, it may have been lost by royal mail in transit.

In this case, check your local post office to ensure it is not held by them. If your not in when the item is delivered it will likely be left with the post office.

We will only be able to issue a replacement order, if royal mail has deemed the item as lost. Which takes 10 days after the item is shipped.

In which case we will issue a replacement order.



What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

UniClothes solely accepts PayPal, Debit/Credit cards and direct bank transfers on larger orders.

Paypal is the safest internet Payment Company. Paypal protects your purchases with Paypal protection.

We don’t accept checks.

Your order will begin once payment has been received and processed.


How do I place an Order for clothing?

You find the item you want, items are listed under each university.

Purchase items via Paypal.

It will be delivered to the shipping address you give.

You are then free to wear it whenever you want. You can wear it in the shower, during training, while pre-drinking to Enrique Iglesias. The clothing is yours to do what you want.

You just can’t reproduce the design or t-shirt,that would be breaking copyright, breaking copyright is a big no no.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Unfortunately due to the customised nature of our clothing you cannot cancel an item when the order has been placed.

This is because we do not stock items, instead we only print when an order has been placed.

If the item is faulty we will happily refund it.

If you are unhappy contact us and we will try our best to help.


Do I need an account to place an order?

No you do not need an account to place an order.

We want everyone to be able to access their customised clothing, aint nobody got time for a UniClothes account.

All you need is a PayPal account and you can purchase anything on this website.

How Do I Track My Order?

We get it, you’re excited.

You should be. Luckily we ship your products in 3-5 days. With an additional wait time for royal mail, which is typically 1-3 days. So to save you money we don’t offer recorded delivery.

How Can I Return a Product?

UniClothes only accept returns on products that are faulty.

If your product isn’t up to scratch. We will happily refund it. You will need to provide an image of the fault.

We don’t not accept returns on items that don’t fit.
